Here is a fun and healthy treat for the kids! My oldest son loves to make these “Yummy Bunnies” for our family all the time. It is a quick and easy recipe that he can do entirely by himself!
Ingredients:
Canned pear halves
Dried cranberries (Craisins)
Raisins
Almonds
Whip cream
Spinach (optional)
First, lay out as many pear halves as you want. Each “bunny” needs two almonds for ears, two raisins for eyes and one dried cranberry for a nose.
Then finish each bunny off with a whip cream tail! Cute, yummy and fun for kids to eat! Can be served on a lettuce leaf or bed of spinach. Yum!
