He has not stopped creating bracelets/rings/necklaces for weeks now! He has watched several videos on “YouTube” and really wanted to make one of his own. He did an awesome job! As the winter months draw near, I have been sipping more cups of hot lemon water with honey. Lemons are a great source of Vitamin C and other nutrients. Drinking lemon water helps rid the body of toxins. Lemons are good for the body inside and out! A lemon scrub refreshes and exfoliates the skin, clears and prevents acne, lightens and evens out skin tone, plus it smells REALLY good! I feel instantly refreshed when I smell lemons. Such a clean, fresh scent! This scrub leaves your skin so soft and invigorated!
Honey Lemon Sugar Scrub
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
2-3 Cups Sugar
Squeeze the juice of the Lemons into a medium-sized bowl. Zest the Lemons for a stronger scented scrub. Add Honey and Coconut Oil, mix well. Gradually add the Sugar until you reach the desired consistency. Store in an airtight container. Use in the kitchen to soften and cleanse hands. Use in the shower for an all over body scrub. Rinse well with water and body wash. Makes a great gift as well!
